Fresh bread is delivered daily to our stores, and many have an in store bakery which serve an array of indulgent confectionery products with flavors including custard, apple, apricot, maple, cinnamon, raisin, chocolate and many more.

At METRO the foundation of our bakeries are built to 3 key principles: Freshness, Availability, and Quality, which means that our customers can always find the product they want, baked to the highest standard.

Catering customers can purchase any bakery line as a frozen case to bake-off as and when it is needed.

In some stores we offer the service whereby customers can call the bakery and place their order to be baked fresh for their pick-up time.

*All bakery lines can be bought as a frozen case and baked in a conventional oven following the manufacturers’ guidelines.
