After Sales Service department handles customers' queries of METRO services or products, delivers promotion gifts and warranty card, and deals with exchanging or refunds.

1. Handling customers' queries  of METRO sevices or products.

2. Delivering promotion gifts.

3. Warranty:

All electric products purchased in METRO are warranted by the manufacturers. The warranted service centers, which are deligated by the manufacturers, are noted on the warranty card.

4. Exchanging or Refunds:

For the non-food products, METRO will exchange or refund within 3 days on condition that technical faulty by the manafacturer with proof of METRO invoice and original packaging and accessories.

Store Facilities

  • Parking: All Metro stores provide easy access and ample parking FREE.
  • Trolleys: We offer two type of customer trolleys which are from inside the store in an enclosed bay.
