Q: Why am I not receiving my METRO Post?
A: To receive the METRO Post every fortnight, it is necessary to purchase goods from one of our stores regularly. A further condition for receiving the METRO Post is to make sure your company’s address is correct. It is important to register any name or address change at the customer entrance.
Q: Can I use my METRO card to purchase articles in every METRO store?
A: Yes. In Vietnam, it is possible to use your METRO Card in any METRO store. Even abroad, your Vietnam METRO Card is valid. By taking it to the METRO customer entrance, you can buy your goods all over the world.
Q: My company’s address has changed, how can I obtain a new METRO Card?
A: Informing one of our staff members in the customer entrance presenting your old METRO card. They will enter the new address and print your new cards immediately.
Automatically, your new data will be entered with the new company address or company name in your invoice.
Q: I have lost my Paper card, how can I get plastic card?
A: Informing to customer entrance your company’s name. Show your ID to prove you are the one of purchasers. You will receive Plastic card to replace your paper card immediately.
Q: Can I have free delivery when buying big quantity?
A: No. METRO's business concept is "Cash & Carry". You have to arrange delivery by yourselves. METRO supports customer by signing a contract with one transportation company. Price list is noted at the store exit.
