  • In this case, you please contact our Receptionists to have 01 temporary METRO Card and buy goods as much as you can.

 

4. Could I purchase goods in METRO Cash & Carry Vietnam stores with my METRO International Card?

  • Please contact our Receptionists to have a One-Month Temporary METRO Card and purchase merchandises.

 

5. Could we have more METRO Cards for employees when registering new METRO Card for our company?

  • You would please provide your Employee Quantity Confirmation to have additional cards.

 

6. I would like to go shopping at METRO store but I CANNOT provide any papers to register the METRO Card right way. Could I have any support in this case?

  • You, valued customers, could have a One-Month Temporary METRO Card for your go-shopping at our stores. Our staffs will contact with you for further verifications.

 

7. Our business was registered, but I have not had my own METRO Card yet. Could I have mime?

  • Please provide your Introduction Letter at our Reception, they will be ready to help you own a METRO Card.

  • To receive the METRO Post every fortnight, it is necessary to purchase goods from one of our stores regularly. A further condition for receiving the METRO Post is to make sure your company’s address is correct. It is important to register any name or address change at the reception.

 

14. Can I use my METRO Card to purchase goods in every METRO store?

  • Yes, of course. It is possible to use your METRO Card in any METRO store. Even though you are abroad, your METRO Cash & Carry Vietnam Card is still valid. By showing it to the Reception, you can buy your goods in any METRO Cash & Carry store all over the world.

 

15. How can I obtain a new METRO Card if my company’s address has changed?

  • Please inform your case to the Reception. They will input the new address and print the new cards immediately. Automatically, your new data will be saved and shown in your invoice with the new company address or company name.

 

16. I have lost my Paper card, how can I have the plastic card?

  • You would please inform to the Reception your company’s name, show your ID card to prove you are the one of purchasers. You will receive a plastic card to replace your paper one immediately.

 

17. Can I have free delivery when buying big quantity?

  • You have to arrange delivery by yourselves. METRO supports customer by signing a contract with one reliable transportation company, and they are always ready to serve at every METRO stores. Price list is noted at the exit.
