How to become a customer

1. Please visit our nearest wholesale center (Address available on the front page of our website).
2. From Customer Entrance obtain Customer Registration Form. (Alternatively you can print it out from the links below).
3. Fill in the form (you may ask for assistance from the staff available at customer entrance desks).
4. With the customer registration form attach a copy of the proof of your business (please see below for the specific registration document required according to your type of business).
5. You will receive your permanent Customer Card instantly.

Registration document required:

a. If your business types are companies/organizations, please bring along:

• Notarized Copy of company business/investment License
• Notarized Copy of VAT code registration
• Letter of introduction including list of the company staffs entitled for Metro Membership Card.

b. If your busniess types are self-employed, please bring along:

• Notarized copy of business license
• Copy of tax receipt or VAT registration
• Personal Identification of the cardholder.
