Opening Times
Seven days a
week and most holidays from 6:00am to 9:30pm , you'll find that we are here for
you!.
Last entry
to the stores is 10 minutes before the closing time.
We try and
make your Metro
visit as convenient as
possible and operate especially long opening hours so that your Metro trip can
fit around your own hours of business.
Returns Policy
Returns and Refunds
Product
returns are dealt with at the After sales Reception desk. It is our policy to
issue credit refunds for all products returned in perfect condition within 3
days of purchase and accompanied by a Metro invoice.
Clothing and Footwear
We reserve
the right to re-value garments or footwear returned as imperfect after heavy
wear and tear. Normal imperfect ions are of course covered by our no-fuss Metro
guarantee applicable to all goods.
Electrical Guarantee
All
Electric products purchased in Metro Distribution Centers include
warranty service provided by authorized service centers mentioned on the
included warranty certificate. Metro reserve the right to prove technical
complaint before effecting an exchange. In order to ensure faster processing of
your exchange or refund, we request that customers return electrical goods
complete with invoice, original packaging and accessories.
Store Facilities
Parking
All Metro
stores provide easy access and ample parking FREE.
Trolleys
We offer
two type of customer trolley to
cater for differing customer needs. You may collect your trolley from inside the
store where they are kept in an enclosed bay.
Children
Please note
for safety reasons that children under 1.3m are not allowed in our stores.
Animal and Camera
are not allowed to bring into
stores
