 Companies / Organizations

• Notarized Copy of company business/investment License
• Notarized Copy of VAT code registration
• Letter of introduction including list of the company staffs entitled for Metro Membership Card.

 Self-Employed

• Notarized copy of business license
• Copy of tax receipt or VAT registration
• Personal Identification of the cardholder.

Applications are accepted only on documentary evidence as above.

• In order to maintain exclusivity to privileged trade customers, it is essential that you bring your membership card with you on every visit.
